It's hard for one coach to manage more then 5 teams at the same time, or have someone without the expertise to guide startups. Let me jump in for 1,5 to 3 hours to build together.In between sessions
Most of the questions arise after the session is over. Most founders see their situation as an exception, or don't know how to translate what they've learned to their specific situation. I can check in, get clarity on what it means for them and how they can get it done before the next session starts.Aftercare
Most programs ask for the satisfaction of a program right after it's is finished, but 6 months later, when startups are struggling, they don't feel comfortable to call back in and ask for help.
