Program co-design: review your (current) structure and curriculum, then shape phases, session formats, milestones, and founder deliverables, and turn goals into sessions, exercises, templates, and clear “what good looks like”.
Train-the-trainer: practical run-throughs, and coaching guidelines for your team and guest mentors.
My standard rate is €150/hour (excl. VAT). Discounts are available for bulk packages and impact projects.
