Workshop facilitation
Hands-on sessions on one specific topic, usually 3 hrs. These workshops can be tailored to your curriculum, milestones, and the prior knowledge of the teams.
Each workshop starts with an intro about the why, what and how. It can be adjusted to the program and prior knowledge.
In this designated time, on location, we're going to complete one specific action before the end of the session. Startups often vary slightly in maturities, but most find it relevant to join these sessions, because if they already have something, this allows them to refine and improve.

Most of the questions arise after the session is over. Most founders see their situation as an exception, or don't know how to translate what they've learned to their specific situation. I can check in, get clarity on what it means for them and how they can get it done before the next session starts.Aftercare
Most programs ask for the satisfaction of a program right after it's is finished, but 6 months later, when startups are struggling, they don't feel comfortable to call back in and ask for help.
